Who's interesting in camping nearby during the Qualifier? There is a group campsite at the Folsom Lake State Park that can hold up to 50 people! They've got showers! CAMP PARTY!!!! The site is about $200 per night, but with just 8 people that's $25 bucks per night, the cheapest paid stay in town and cheaper then individual campsites, AND THE MORE PEOPLE THE MORE FUN AND THE CHEAPER IT GETS!! So, who's in? If we want to do the group site we probably want to reserve it soon before its gone! Please contact me if you're interested!

Salt Lake City is very interested

Hi guys,
I'm french but living in Salt Lake City now. I'm free agent for the SW Qualifiers and really motivated. I played for 2 years mostly in Europe. I am right handed. I competed the French champs twice and the European wildcards for the last Euro and french regionals. LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE INTERESTED to have fun with a frenchy. Thanks guys! David

I'm free as well, playing a year. Text me 559-704-5076

Hey everyone, if you are on Facebook, make sure to RSPV on our event page to stay updated!

I play for hugs

Important qualifier details, PLEASE READ ME!

SATURDAY: 9:00AM check-in and bike checks, & Referee meeting.
10AM games start promptly. With 18 teams we should be done with 5 rounds of Swiss by 6pm. We will be playing in one group/session, thus no AM or PM sessions. This is because the PM session would be at a disadvantage due to the high heat in the afternoon. Longer breaks are also better for people recovering from hot court temperatures.

SATURDAY NIGHT: swimming and camping at Folsom Lake State Park!

SUNDAY: games start at 10AM. We will have extra games in the bracket, 5th place play-offs and probably 7th place play-offs so that we can identify the top 5 teams (and runners up) who advance to NAs.

Please arrive no later than 9:00AM on Saturday. Everyone needs to check-in at the registration table and also have their bike checked by the head Referee. Please see Section 2: Equipment & Facilities in the NAH Rules to make sure your bike complies. You will not be allowed on the court before your bike is approved by the head Referee.

You MUST have a team shirt! Doesn't have to be fancy, just the same color. You should also bring an alternative color team shirt in case you play a team with a similar color. Why do you need this? It is super helpful for the Referees to be able to easily identify who's on what team, it just makes their job a little bit easier.

You MUST wear a helmet while on the court. No helmet, no polo.

Davis Bike Polo is working with a very meager budget, thus this is a "no frills"** tournament. We will provide coffee, some water (there is a fountain) and some snacks but you are responsible for providing your own meals and additional water and beverages. There are numerous restaurants and grocery stores near the courts, we'll provide maps.

Its gonna be very hot this weekend. 100F. We will do our best to provide shade for you but if you can help, please bring any tarps, pop-up tents/canopies you can to help everyone stay cool.

We will also have TWO KIDDY POOLS (!!!) for water and ice to help people cool down. Plan on buying a bag or two of ice to contribute to the pool
smile emoticon

I've reserved a group campsite for Saturday night. At check-in Saturday morning, let me know you'd like a spot at the site and I will provide you with details.

Alcohol consumption is permitted 12pm-6pm Saturday and Sunday, only. Please drink responsibly and dispose of your recycling and trash.

**Davis Bike Polo also did not get sponsors for this tournament this year. We tapped out most of our sponsors and resources for the Davis Bench tournament when fundraising for Ladies Army. But we don't need sponsors/prizes to have a good tournament and to have fun! Our focus is to provide you all with a well organized/run tournament :)
