you are brave/stoopid/rich/magical to play on your all city. I have a nature boy that I'd love to play on, but I just can't bear the though of f'in it up.
All City Dropout
All City Dropout Frame/Fork Medium
Disc tabs welded onto Fork
Deda 80mm stem
Easton EA50 seatpost
Hayes/formula hubs to DP18s..for now.
Tektro Aquila front disc brake/Avid Lever
Crankbrothers Eggbeater 3
Custom Disc Guard (see Disc Brake thread)
Vida's or RiBmo's
I would love to play on it, but I am afraid truly. It's my CX/commuter/second girlfriend so I don't want to chip up the frame.
with the drop-out fork the rake and head tube angle would be good, but no v-brakes, i'd go with the nature boy fork for that reason alone. or you can weld on some disc tabs like my man did here. nice work.
Keep your standards low, and morale high.
warningsfromspace- The eggbeaters are fantastic. Only pedal i ride on any of my bikes.. Polo beats them up a bit, but they're cheap and effective. I recommend them. (just stay away from the $19 ones on nashbar as they tend to blow out bushings quickly)
bbischof- lets go with magical!
