i generally think that this bike is probably not for polo.

it's obviously not a polo bike, or, he just started playing on this bike

i think everyone who has commented here probably first played polo on their street gear.

Sure, but only once. I had a polo specific bike for the second time I played.

kev is right.. I'm still playing with my street gear bike... played polo with the 46-13 gear ratio for like the first 2 months and then got new wheels and put a 16 on the back.. and now imma throw on an 18 or 19 on the back to get the acceleration

on a fixed gear the lower ratio not only helps with the acceleration but also with the stopping sooner ability. its way harder to stop a 53-13 than a 38-22 hence more unsafe to even play on. we had way mroe crashes when we were playing with street gears-2 years a go

yeah with a 38-22 pretty much no matter how fast your going, you can stand up and skid just like that.
