Front and rear brake

Started life as a cheap old Reynolds 501 mtb with horizontal dropouts. Brought the welder out to play and removed 70mm from the chainstays, keeping the BB height standard at 290mm.
Chain tensioner is a spare bit of metal from the dropouts. Needs to be that big for the gear change for the commute to/from courts.

Cheap heavy shite.

I chopped up the frame today to start experimenting on geometry. The frame was bent after being knocked of a few months ago so I thought I might as well do something with it instead of scrapping it. Gonna be a lot shorter.
