From the Offense (Horse):
A year ago, our pickup games went like this:
3…2…1
Joust
Person with ball shoots.
Person with the ball shoots.
Person with the ball shoots.
Person with the ball shoots, repeat until 5 goals or time.

Referees

There’re 20 volunteer refs, divided into two groups. They’ll ref for the round they play in (morning round and afternoon round). Each group will be divided into two, one for each court. So there will be 4 ref teams of 5 people responsible for their court for all the morning/afternoon round. The refs will have a tennis chair, they’ll be always in contact with the organization tent and will call as goalref any player who’s not in the next game (and who has to obey them blindly).

The Worlds poster has been released. 14-18th of August, Geneva. There are still Australian wild card places so if you want to go, get on it now.

All my team-mates told me I was crazy.
Readers said it was dangerous, foolish even!
Even I told myself that it was a stupid idea.
And you know what?
We were all right.
Let me make this caveat first: My experience with the Burro Straps has nothing to do with the quality of the strap itself. The product (as with any product I’ve experienced from Burro) is top notch.They felt solid on my foot, and I didn’t need to look in order to know they were just where I needed them.
