Commercial Dasher Systems for Polo
DC Parks and Recreation is doing a renovation at Rush Rink and has promised to replace the boards, currently 2x4 and plywood construction. I'd like to recommend a more industry standard product for the rebuild, and wanted to know if anyone had experience with the modular plastic dasher systems like the Athletica GamePlex boards or the DasherSystems Pro Wall boards? I've played on the Athletica Border Patrol and DasherSystems Fiberglass rinks and love them, but would like to know if anyone has experience with the plastic systems.
Also, anyone played on Maple Leaf Gold or Riley rinks?
What is being used at the polo-specific court in East Van?

Confirmed, saw it recently.
Chainlink above a certain point.

That shit 's legit as fuck!
i work at an industrial plastics supply company, and a 1/2" x 48 x 96" sheet of clear polycarbonate is $423
i don't know we carry white. but i can imagine its around the $550 range for a 4 x 8' sheet
give blood. play polo.
We've got an athletico permanent rink in St Louis. 3/8 marine board (UV stabalized HDPE sheet good) over a welded aluminum frame. With all the concrete work, which can be very expensive, the rink cost the city 70 grand.
CoMO has the athletico temporary rink system. The snap together, blow-molded plastic boards that anchor to fenceposts.
Both play well.
Wanna buy some polo stuff?
