the center of gravity on the joust seems too high. i guess that is from the high bottom bracket? i would rather just have shorter shorter cranks. ...but i guess track bikes have a high bb?

Does anyone make a cheap (~$200 - 300ish) 26" track frame? optimally with canti-posts and/or disc tabs.
