survey for a mallet project

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/PCDXH2T

thank you for your answers.

mickaël.

the survey appears to be broken - i answered 'no' to #6 and it still required an answer for #7:

6. Have you ever broken your mallet ?
*7. If yes, under what circumstances did it broken ?

Regarding #4...
what part of the mallet are you referring to breaking? i'm assuming the shaft. i've had 2 shafts for over 2 years but have gone through numerous heads on each them.

Regarding #9...
a lower price option perhaps.
with the abundance of quality shaftage here in Nanaimo, i normally pay $1 per ski pole or less. while i realize the value of buying polo specific, high quality shafts, i'd only go that route if i had no other choice. so my max price is $1.

yeah not very well thought out survey I think.
your answer categories need ranges are not sufficient to give you accurate results.
You need less then and greater then eg. <3 months

Also shaft and head have very different stresses on them and have different life spans
In general shafts last longer.

I've only broken shafts when shooting or getting slashed by someone.
Most shafts I would say break when you're trying to bend them back after a few corrections.

I have to replace my mallet head about once every three weeks in the regular season.

I'm going back to stealing pipe cause I'm poor. But I like the 7075 shafts although my issue now is that they are too strong to bend back.
