profile no boss crankarms 155 or smaller...

I've got 165s and I pedal strike even with smaller time atac pedals...anybody running 155 or smaller crankarms? I talked to profile and they said they would do a custom run if I get a couple of other people interested so it's not a one-off type situation...any takers. I'm thinking 155 and smaller in the spline drive no boss crankarms...if you don't know about their spline drive drivetrain plus outboard bearing kit check that stuff out immediately! I think they'll throw together a discounted polo bundle if I get some takers...

Slightly off topic, but does anyone know of a spline drive bmx sprocket with a bashguard? I love my Odyssey MDS but wish there was a splined version so i could ride fixed with it.

I think if I can get some people interested in a "polo bundle" drivetrain from profile I could bring up a spline drive compatible bashguard since it's something I've wanted anyway in profile's 25, 28, 30, etc...spline drive sprockets. there are people at profile that are interested in crossover polo products.

are you in the market?

Yes.

You should buy a BMX instead.

I dont know that much about bmx cranks, but you cant get an adapter to make that work? I'm running an Odyssey MDS on a set of Stolen Team cranks with a splined bb spindle. Works just fine.

No such thing exists. You have to purchase a spline-driven chainwheel. The steel piece that slides over a 48 splined spindle is pressed directly into the chainwheel itself. It's pure genious and one of my best friends is the creator of it. Check out Tree Bicycle Co. if you're curious.

i run a tree 30T spline sprocket, its amazing.

they are a bit pricey, but you'll never ever break it! bashguard definately isen't necessary if you use them.
