for starters I love bike polo in every way (good and bad). But as allways there is a lot of negativity and shit talking that goes on, especially on the forum (which I enjoy and participate in). I would just like to mention that today while thinking about our sport and all that we've accomplished I was nearly brought to tears of joy. Bike Polo how I love You. Please share with us your feelings and stories so that we may remember why we play this sport.

seems me and a lot of the people I play with love the sport enough to stop caring about most other things bike related. We used to do tricks (fixed), alley cats, sprints....but we realized that polo is the best thing to do on your bike when you are a raging alcoholic.

I gave a first-timer a mallet last night.
It made me feel as if I am accomplishing a mission.
Compadre, I followed you to Jose Coronado from wrenching at the Freewheel customer stands about a year ago.
Thursday night the first timer followed me to JC from the the same place. You left a little earlier but we played till lights out after 10:30. I was on the ball when they went out so I asked whose ball it was. Someone said yours. First timer was the appropriate person to get that game ball.
