I'm opening a restaurant in Madison, Wi with my partners. We are looking for staff and are interested in hiring polo players to work for us.
The job will pay significantly higher then most restaurant jobs, we are looking for bartenders, cooks and front of house. We will give time off for all polo tournaments, pick up and polo related injuries. We will subsidize travel and bike parts.

I've been saying there should be a polo union. If you lose your job because you went to go play polo or got injured, other players will help you get a job. Let me know when you open up a spot here too ;)

I'll drop in on my next visit to Madison and have a meal if not a job. Has to happen as I didn't get to see cousins nearby in July ... lots of polo, great food ... missed the family.

What kind of cook are you looking for? line? prep? I've got three years of prep experince in a high volume commercial kitchen, Zingerman's Deli here in a2, look 'em up. This sounds very cool, I've been looking for an chance to dust off my knife. Im down to work in a resturant in Madison...Im packing my bags now...Oh wait that would mean I couldnt play polo in paradise every week and I would have to actually confront the snow... nah Im good in paradise drinkin primo and not having a job cause grass shacks are free.
