Comments now sort properly on Tournament pages

You know how sometimes you'll hit 'reply' but it'll look like you replied to another person?  well, that shouldn't happen anymore, cause i found the bug that was causing it and squished it.  (in case you care: only tournament pages were affected, and the bug was tied to the location image on those pages, which was based on some beta code that i've now updated. )

So you know longer need to get stressed when you hit that "reply" button.  Sorry it took so long to get around to diagnosing/fixing.
