New feature on bikepolo.ca: tournament signups

Since it's way easier to plan a tournament when you know about how many people are coming, and since it's good to know who else might show up at a tournament you're considering going to, i just added a thingy on each tournament listing page so that you can "sign up".  Note the annoying disclaimer on each signup form:

This is not the official registration system, unless the tournament organizer says so up above. But it will help let everyone know who's coming. This list is not visible unless you have an account on bikepolo.ca, and obviously it only shows people who have accounts on bikepolo.ca. Also, some tournaments are invites, so if you're not invited, the organizer can remove you from this list.

While i was at it, i also made the tournament listing  page a bit easier to look at.  It's a good place to start if you want to sign up for tournaments.
