Ehbpc2010 [GVA] pre-registration! [!!!]

Instructions for Pre inscription of EHBPC 2010 in Geneva! English spanish and french versions (german and italian probably comming soon).

A. By the 15th of January 2010 we need the following informations from you and your community:

a.1. decide who is representing your city. The ambassador chosen will be the only person we communicate with. He will get all the important informations and transmit them to you (we also keep you up to date via http://www.leagueofbikepolo.com and our blog http://ehbpc2010.wordpress.com/ ).
a.2. The ambassador will give us the number and name of the teams and their member's names of your city willing to play at the EHBPC. He will also tell us the size of the polo community of your city.

B. By the 20th of January, basing on these 2 informations we'll decide the quota your city will get.
It's up to you to find a way to decide which teams you will send to Geneva. We don't care if you are going to make a local tournament, if you decide by chance, if you send the richest or best looking team(s) (we would prefer the strongest, obviously).

C.Your selection process should be finished by the 1st of May, At this date we want you to have sent us the names of the teams and players who qualified.

A.)Tenemos que recibir antes del 15 de enero 2010 las informaciones siguientes sobre vuestra communidad de bike polo :

a.1 Un ambajador de vuestra cuidad. Vuestro representante sera la unica persona con la que trataremos. Recibira todas las informaciones y vos las retransmitira (tambien se podrian encontrar via http://www.leagueofbikepolo.com y nuestro http://ehbpc2010.wordpress.com/)

a.2 Vuestro ambajador, el contingente y el nombre de vuestros equipos. Sus jugadores que participaron al EHBCP. Nos comunicara tambien de la talla de vuestra comunidad polo

B. En el dia del 20 enero y partiendo de las dos informaciones sobredichos, decidiremos del quota por cuidad.

Vos incumbe la eleccion del representante. Tampoco intervenimos en el preceso de qualificacion (torneo, tiraje, si nos mandais los mas ricos o bellos equipos – por supuesto que preferimos las mas fuertes...)

C) Vuestra seleccion tendra que estar lista la mas tarde el 1 de mayo. Antes de ese dia, teneis que mandanos imperativamente el nombre de los equipos y las personas qualificadas.

A. Le 15 Janvier 2010 il nous faut les informations suivantes:

a.1. Qui représente votre ville? Cet ambassadeur choisi sera notre unique contact. Il obtiendra toutes les informations importantes et vous les transmettra (on vous tiendra aussi au courant sur http://www.leagueofbikepolo.com et sur notre blog http://ehbpc2010.wordpress.com/ ).
a.2 L'ambassadeur nous donnera le nombre et le nom des équipes qui veulent venir jouer à l'EHBPC2010 (ainsi que le nom des joueurs). Il nous indiquera aussi la taille de votre communauté polo.

B. Le 20 janvier, en se basant sur ces informations, nous déciderons le quota d'équipes que votre ville pourra amener au tournoi. On se fout de savoir comment vous les choisirez.

C. Votre sélection doit être close le premier mai. A cette date il nous faut les noms des équipes et des joueurs qualifiés.
