just wondering if anyone had a spare front brake lying around that i could buy off them on sunday at the pit? i'd be looking for the whole set-up; caliper, lever and hopefully some cable and housing. that'd be amazing!

I am traveling to New York on Thursday 29 July from San Diego and would like to play some polo in the Pit Thursday evening. I am working on a mallet that breaks down and will fit in my carry on, but I am not bringing my bike. Will it be possible to borrow a loaner bike for a game or two? or will I have to make some other arrangements if I want to play?

I'm Marine a french polo player (beginer) and i'll come to NYC soon cause i had the chance to get an internship here in Brooklyn. I won't have my bike though, and i hirt my knee so bad a few month ago so i'm not able to play right now.
But i'm excited about meeting the NYC polo people and see how youz play.

we're looking at a 12:00 start in RVA, so we expect to be on the road toward DC by 14:30 - 15:00...
do you guys have lights? if not we're going to have to re-think this, because with a game in RVA already scheduled for that day, it's not going to be possible for us to get to DC with any daylight left...

No, but Sunday in the pit is still going on though, 20 degrees and 6 diehards :P
We also play in Brooklyn on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-10pm ON Baltic between 3rd ave and Nevins St, Sadly the NYCbikepolo site is no longer.. lookk for nycbikepolo in google groups.
