It has been almost a month since Boston threw a monster of an indoor event. 26 teams with the best players in the World in attendance. So much to say but I cant be bothered. The highlights for Boston was our A team (Nick(best man), Tony & Neil Young) coming 8th overall, beating Machine Politics of Chicago (Runner up in the World Championships, in the Swiss Rounds on day 1. Then on the sunday double elim they got knocked out by the World Champions by a sudden death goal, but it really could have gone either way.
Here are the results:

I am moving the site and forum to a new hosting company. This will allow for the site to be more stable, and faster. It may be down for a little bit, so do not freak out.
Salt, sweep, shovel, drink some champagne, and PLAY POLO! I'm super pumped for next weekend's tournament. Something like 25+ teams (of 3) are making the trip from far flung cities to compete (and drink) for a couple solid days.

when the nyc club came up here in may for the first in hopefully a long series of city vs. city matches, it rained a lot. and basically the only one on their team scoring goals was Ken. final score was 2 numbers and boston won. yeah, so we knew they couldn’t wait to get us down there to redeem themselves.
it took a minute but we finally got ourselves down to the ol’Pit for the rematch a few weeks ago. tony, thunder and I took the early bus and found jake the first guy there waiting on some dude meditating dead center of the court.

We have two teams representing Boston at the Flour City Invitational in Rochester, New York. One team is all brains, the other, all brawn. I predict double first place if the contest is to determine whose city’s players are the most awe inspiring. Photos will be posted upon our victorious return to the city. Click on the image for a full view of the flyer.
Two of Boston’s teams made it to the top 16, with HOT LUNCH (Jav, Toby, and Gus) finishing 5th.
BRUINS (Jon, Jamie, and Jake) won the wild card slot making it into the final bracket, and finished 9th.
