Sorry if this has been asked too many times in the past. But. I have been given a carbon stem and would like to fit it onto by polo bike just to see if the longer reach works better with my new frame (and then stick with it if it does)

Is carbon on a polo bike just asking for trouble?

Answers on a postcard with photos of horrific injuries if applicable......

Cosmic can’t make this years Cambridge Open – but the poster, by Devorah Hall, is too good not to post up. The saddest part about not being present to try retain our title, is that we have to give back the infamous “lady of cambridge” trophy or as we like to now call her, “the …Read More

Ok, this needs to happen again, and no-one seems to be getting on the case, so I'm going to suggest the same weekend as the Euro Qualifiers. We've got a 4 day weekend, and there should be lots of people in town.

This is about 7 months old now, but we never posted it…the recap video of last years Worlds.   It’s a good reminder of what to expect at this year Championships in Geneva. Although 1 year on, how much better will the best of 2011 be?

Er, so yes, I forgot about other cycling events when we decided on a date for the UK Champs and was pretty dismayed (along with others) that it clashes with the Dynamo. There wasn't another suitable date anyway but plenty of polo players have expressed an interest in riding the route still... last years ride was amazing and swimming in the sea at the end was delicious!

"The Dunwich Dynamo is a 200 km night ride from London to the lost city of Dunwich on the Suffolk Coast."

Although I suggested that the top three teams from the NS should auto qualify (uk wide), I think this needs to be arranged before the NS starts... Or at least before it ends...

Mission M1505 Hockey Helmet Combo Large, picture above. I cut some of the bars out, by the cage is basically intact. No rubbish polo stickers. A few scuffs on the helmet shell, but nothing serious.

Bought 6 months ago. Fits my head at 62cm, but only just (I have a big head, though).

No longer required, as I have a cage for my Bern.
