A few small updates to bikepolo.ca
A few small updates to bikepolo.ca today:
- The photos page with all bike polo photos on flickr is back
- There's a list of all clubs on the homepage now.
- Change in the layout of club pages.
- Updated the google maps code so that the links for European listings actually work, and the maps display better for tournament and club listings
- A whole bunch of behind the scenes crap to prepare the site for an upgrade to Drupal 6 so i can start adding a bunch of other features
There's a decent chance that i caused some bugs in doing some of this, so lemme know.

as you probably noticed i changed the location of the tabs, made the header taller, and plopped in 40 photos, mostly taken by myself, jonny, and cecily. i'm going harass some others for photos soon.
oh my god i fucking love it kev, the site looks awesome. and new every time i look at it. shit hot. i can dump a tonne of pre-cropped header photos on you, do you want us to still use the form?

well, you can either email them to me, or even better, put them on flickr and post them to http://www.flickr.com/groups/bikepolobannerimages/ .
The home page takes longer to load now, and I get a "script error" every tenth or so time I return to the home page from a thread. Using Firefox 3.0.11 on a Mac running 10.4.11.
Otherwise, great little add-ons. I like the club list on the home page, and all the new banner pix.
How about a little code so I can just go to the next "N unread" thread instead of going back to the home page between each thread? I can get it in Drupal if it helps.

the problem is definitely with firefox 3.0.11, i never have problems with the site in safari on the mac or explorer at work, why don't you upgrade to 3.5.1? it's free, as in free beer, not free speech. and macosx 10.4.11 was released 14 November 2007, no wonder you're having problems. 10.5 is much more stable.

heh ya i've been offline all weekend, so no email. but i'll hit you back tomorrow.
if anyone else is experiencing the problem that lucky has, post here or email me. the homepage might load slower than before cause there are 40 photos in rotation instead of 6, which are easier for your browser to cache. the only other difference is the list of clubs at the bottom, which load quickly.
lucky, if you want to read a bunch of forum threads, try command-clicking them from the home page so that they open in new tabs.
+1 to the script problem after the changes.
I have no problem Fx 3.0.10 on Win XP but it eats my memory whole when running 3.0.11 on Linux.

that's still around, in fact it's on my page right now, but it only comes up 1/50 of the time rather than 1/6, it's the only one i left from before. kremin sure has some skinny calves.

When searching for something whenever I click on the third page of results I get redirected to a (seemingly) random member's profile.
fixed. only happened with very particular searches, but ya, definitely a bug.
