Riverside 4

Lafayette riverside bike polo tournement
Saturday, May 17, 2014
Host club:
West Lafayette
Contact info:
Court size:
120' x 60' / 3.5' plexiglass walls with rounded corners

Without further ado I am pleased to announce we will be hosting the 4th annual Riverside Invite this year on May 17. As usual this will be a single day 16 team double elimination tournament that proceeds 3-4 swiss round seedings based on weather, and the efficiency of the day. As usual there will be pickup on Friday and Sunday at our pickup courts, and a wild after party following the tournament on Saturday, possibly with our beloved Captain Dangerous.

Registration will begin Saturday April 5 at 12:00 PM PDT, which is 3:00 PM EDT, on Podium at $10 per player. Slots will not necessarily be allotted on a first to register basis. We feel individuals that have
made an effort to attend our past tournaments should be rewarded with the
first spots, so we reserve the right to choose teams based on participation
in Lafayette tournaments. However, everyone is still highly encouraged to
apply. Due to the revamping of regions this season I would like to include those who are new to the Midwest regions that is Heartland. We will do our best to be as fair as possible when filling the slots.

Need a team for this, hit me up!

I'm looking for a team as well! I'm a strong, defensive team player.

Midwest is best!!

Still on the waiting list but beyond eager to hopefully hear that May 17th will be spent playing polo and drinking and having fun!!!

Cailyn M Driscoll

any idea when the final decisions will be made on teams? trying to plan some things ...

keeping polo sinful.

turn on, tune in, drop out.

not enough time to make arrangements ... dropping off the list. see you kids at masters.

keeping polo sinful.

When will the final two spots be confirmed?

Also, Matt Lane will be taking Chris Williams' spot on 85 Bears.

We are replacing the only returning champion player with a different returning champion.

We should totally get a shot to defend the belt. I will channel the spirit of Chris Williams, and Meg Stanton will steal Kremin's talents like in Space Jam.

I (obviously) need to update my team, and don't know who to contact about this. Halp?

You'll see. Unless you drilled out your eyes because they were too heavy.

I was looking forward to seeing you play 1 v 3 all weekend.

He still might. Give him time.

1 v 3 with no bike. Doubly impressive!

Midwest is best!!

Any housing info?

Also who's all coming down from Chicago?

Looks like it's just me and the Wu.

You'll see. Unless you drilled out your eyes because they were too heavy.

Wait Wu Tang Clan will be there? Do we get to listen to their new album? Sweet dude.

Anyone traveling who wants to crash at my place in Indy is welcome, I can probably do the same Saturday night as well if people are looking for additional options. I live about an hour and ten minutes from the court. Let me know.

Really wanted to come, but just too much on these months.

Will you be streaming again?

hey guys, whats the housing situation this weekend? David and I are gonna be in town friday only most likely. Any floor space or a backyard we can throw up some tents in either is just fine by us. hit me up here or text me at (six 1 4)seven III six - o52 three

Since somehow my team didn't get into this tournament I'll be coming if anyone needs a last-minute third. Otherwise I will be randomly invading the court as a party penguin. I might do that anyway.
